Michella Watch (ミシェーラ・ウォッチ, Mishēra Wocchi) is the younger sister of Leo. She is unable to walk since birth. When visiting the Jerusalem's Lot, she lost her eyesight in order to let Leo keep his.

Michella Watch is Leo's younger sister who has been paralyzed since birth. Her parents took her on a trip one day to the borders of Jerusalem's Lot in secret hopes that something strange would happen to give her back the use of her legs. Much to their dismay a giant being of unknown origin appeared and offered her and her brother a choice, that one of them needed to sacrifice their eyesight in order for the other one to see. Leo paralyzed in fear of the giant being said nothing while Michella bravely stood up and made the decision to sacrifice her eyesight in order to save Leo. She is now presumably blind though her whereabouts remain a mystery as she has not yet appeared in the show beyond the initial intro.

She reappears in volume 10 when she visits Leo in Jerusalem's Lot.
