Daniel Law (ダニエル・ロウ, Danieru Row) is a Hellsalem's Lot Police Department (HLPD) lieutenant who works alongside Libra. In exchange for not arresting Libra for illegal activities, he requests cooperation with incidents around the city.

Daniel is a man with brown hair and bangs that covers his left eye. He wears a maroon tie, brown suit, and tan trenchcoat.

Daniel Law’s life is cut short once he’s finally laid down in his death bed for smoking his lungs out. This happens during Chapter 69, where Libra has to cremate him to ensure this evil is never resurrected.
