Alan foster (アラン・フォスター Aran fosutā?) is a Blood Breed and the father of Caroline Foster, one of Kane's classmates.

Alan is a heavyset man with short brown hair.
Story[]
He worked as a bodyguard for Brigade Argento. Her daughter Caroline, a normal human child unaware that her father is a Blood Breed, attended the same school as K.K.'s youngest son Kane.
His identity as a Blood Breed is discovered by K.K. during parents' day. That day she ends up leaving him to get away without a fight as to not involve the children and probably because she realized his love for his daughter was genuine. Alan and his daughter end up leaving the city after the incident.
Abilities[]
- Blood Manipulation: As a Blood Breed, its likely that Alan possess similar abilities of manipulating his blood for combat.
- Puppet Manipulation: Alan showcased to have the ability to remotely control and manipulate a puppet/robot like doll to fight. This is seen where he had remotely controlled the doll to fight Libra's raid team while he attended Carol's parent's day. As shown, its been implied Alan was able to channel some of his powers as a Blood Breed into the Doll, with it having been able to overpower Steven without much difficulty until Alan ceased manipulating the Doll when his true body was confronted by K.K.
