King of Despair (絶望王, Zetsubō-ō), real name Willam, is one of the Thirteen Kings. He is the older brother of White and introduced himself as Black (ブラック, Burakku).
Appearance
A young man with short blonde hair and blue eyes, as Black, he wears a black hooded jacket, and round glasses. While as the King of Despair, he has a long overcoat, messy, pushed back hairstyle, and his eyes turn red.
Personality
As Black, he is a talkative person, and awkward. He also is kind as Black, and we have yet to see how is is as The King of Despair.
Plot
He first appears in Episode 1, spying on Leonardo Watch, several days later, he approaches Leo again on the subway, telling him the population within Hellsalem's Lot, he also warns him about the Blood Breed. He seems to have a friendship (or be acquaintances) with The King of Depravity,
Power & Abilities
As Black, he has been seen to have psychic powers as seen when he stopped a coffee from spilling on Leonardo but it seems he can only use this for a limited amount of time.
